2. APPLICATION:

The application is a blueprint for the loan officer to determine all the available loan programs that will best suite you and specific mortgage needs. The loan will order a credit report upon compoletion of the application at no cost to you.
3. PRE-APPROVAL:
Here at the Mortgage Garage, we pre-approve 90% of borrowers within in hours of completing a loan application.
4. DOCUMENTS:
With the pre-approval we will generate a pre-appoval and a list of ducments we will need to formal apporve and fund your loan.
5. FIND A HOME:
Once you find a home and the seller accepts your offer an appraisal will be ordered.
6. FINAL APPROVAL:
Once the appriasal is complete the underwriter complete the formal approval and generates a clear to close.
7. CLOSING:
Your loan documents will be electronicly send to the title company for final notorized signatures. Your new home mortgage will fund the day you sign or the next business day.
